Rental Policies
Introduction
At NQ Premium Rentals, we strive to provide a seamless and memorable experience with every vehicle we offer. To ensure clarity and protect both you and our business, we’ve outlined the key rental policies that apply to all bookings. NQ Premium Rentals – Wedding, Formal & Photoshoot Terms & Conditions (Professional Driver Provided)
Booking Confirmation
Confirmed within 72 hours of notice.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Service Duration
3 hours of service provided, including vehicle collection and drop-off within a 25km radius of Townsville CBD.
Additional hours charged at $200 per hour or part thereof.
Driver and Vehicle Substitution
A professional driver will be assigned to your booking.
All vehicles are subject to availability. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a vehicle of similar or higher class may be substituted.
Mileage and Radius
25km of driving included within the 3-hour service for weddings and formals.
Additional mileage is charged at $2.50 per km.
Payment & Documentation
Full rental payment is required to secure the booking.
Required documentation: Full & current Australian or international driver’s license, Medicare card, and bank card prior to arrival.
Security Bond: Paid by bank transfer 2 days prior for cleared funds. If paid on arrival via debit/credit card, a 3% non-refundable surcharge applies.
The bond is released within 5 business days provided there is no damage.
Alcohol Policy
No alcohol is permitted in the vehicle at any time during the hire period except for photos.
Additional Charges
Small Damage: Charged at the cost of repair.
Child Seat: $250.
Excessive Cleaning: Charges may apply for unreasonable condition.
Behavioural Expectations
The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service if passengers engage in disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour.
In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the client may be liable for additional costs.
Security & Liability
Vehicles are equipped with intelligent GPS tracking systems.
If damage exceeds the security bond, the bond will not be refunded.
State Restrictions
The vehicle must remain within the town booked unless prior consent is given.
Cancellations
Non-refundable
For cancellations within 14 days of the booking, a 50% refund will apply (excluding deposit).

NQ Premium Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental to any customer at their discretion.

NQ Premium Rentals – Self Driven
Terms & Conditions (Self Driven - Day Hire)
Booking Confirmation
Confirmed within 72 hours of notice.
Typical Collection & Return Times:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.
After hours service available upon request.
One day is classified as 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Any rental exceeding these hours will be charged as 2 days rent.
Vehicle Radius Restrictions:
The vehicle must remain within a 50km radius of Townsville unless prior written consent is given.
Leaving this radius without prior consent and confirmation will result in forfeiting your bond.
Mileage Limits:
100km of driving included per day of hire.
Additional kilometres are charged between $2.00 to $15.00 per km, depending on the vehicle.
Driver Age Requirements:
Sports Car: Minimum driver age of 25 years old.
High-End/Supercar: Minimum driver age of 30 years old.
Delivery Fees:
Calculated based on the additional km rate multiplied by the distance from the depot.
Minimum Delivery Fee: $150 per way.
Payment & Documentation:
Full rental payment is required to secure the booking.

Fuel Policy:
Vehicles must be returned with a full tank or the same level as when picked up.
Unleaded vehicles must be refuelled with 98 Octane fuel from BP or Shell stations.
Fuel replacement: $4.50 per litre deducted from the security bond.
Additional Charges:
Small Damage: Charged at the cost of repair.
Wheel Damage: Minimum charge of $800.
Smoking Fee: $1000 (smoking prohibited).
Child Seat: $250.
Pet Hair: $250 (pets prohibited).
Excessive Cleaning: Charges may apply for unreasonable condition.
Security & Liability:

If damage exceeds the security bond, the bond will not be refunded.
Any violations of driving laws, including driving under the influence or reckless driving, will result in full responsibility for damage costs.
If under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be liable for the total damage costs.
If violating the driving laws, you will be liable for the total damage costs.
Speeding, reckless driving, off-road driving, or racing use is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Condition:
The vehicle must be returned in ‘reasonably clean’ condition.
Excessive cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unreasonably dirty state.
